To protect your privacy and it is our policy not to discuss your test results via the telephone, nor given to your family members. When tests are performed, it is the patient’s responsibility to make a follow-up consultation with your doctor. Never assume that because you have not heard from your doctor or the clinic that test results are normal or abnormal.

The clinic will contact you only if your results require urgent attention. To facilitate this, please make our reception staffs have your current phone, address, email, contact details.

Test results are usually available within one week. With exception of PAP smear tests, which can take up to two weeks. Pap smear results are routinely added to the Victorian Cytology Register, please let your doctor know if you do not wish to participate.
